FAQ

If you don’t need certified translation, the price will be based on the number of standard pages (SP = 1,800 characters) in the translation. For certified translations, the price is determined by the number of certified pages (CP = physical page with up to 1,800 characters). You can find the SP/CP prices for individual languages in our Price list – translations. The size of a translation is usually 10 to 20% bigger than that of the original text. It depends on the type of language. If you aren’t sure, you can send us, without any obligation, the text to be translated (preferably by e-mail) and we will be pleased to make a preliminary calculation, free of charge.

Our standard time for translation (from/into common European languages, translation up to 7 SP) is two business days from the date of receiving an order (not including the day of receiving the order), i.e. if the document to be translated is received on Monday, the translation will be completed on Wednesday. This period also applies to certified translations. Upon request, we will be happy to let you know the time of delivery of larger translations.

Yes, it is. We are able to ensure express translations in common European languages of up to 7 pages by the following business day (express surcharge 40%) or during the same business day (express surcharge 60%). Express translations of larger text are also possible with an express surcharge. If, however, a professional translator is to prepare a good translation, note that he/she can handle up to 6 – 8 SP of translation per business day.

Always wait for confirmation from us. If you ask us in your message to provide you with a preliminary price quotation and the time of execution of the translation, we will send them to you immediately, but will not start working on the translation before you give your consent.

It is a translation of an official nature, the quality of which is guaranteed by a certified translator with his/her “round stamp.” The certified translators are appointed by a court based on their experience and practice in the field. A legal translation must be inseparably bound to the original document (or a notarized copy) and provided with the certification clause of the certified translator. Therefore, it has value only in this physical form. It can be given in person to you or your colleague; it can be mailed or sent by courier, but not e-mailed. It is also worth noting that the document, once bound to the certified translation, cannot be separated. Therefore, for documents you would like to keep in the original form (e.g. diplomas, school reports, marriage certificates), we recommend making a notarized copy, which we can do for you, with pleasure.

A notary verifies the authenticity of a signature or document with his/her stamp and signature. A certified translation is a guarantee that the text of the translation corresponds verbatim to the text of the original document; the certified translator confirms this fact with his/her stamp and signature.

Služby notáře Vám rádi zajistíme a s celým procesem legalizace pomůžeme! Na nás se můžete s důvěrou obrátit!
